How long it takes
Every order is printed just for you and goes to print automatically soon after you pay. Times include printing and UK delivery.

For Christmas and festivals, order cards at least a week ahead.
Delivery cost
- Greeting cards: £1.99 per address, however many cards go to that address.
We deliver to UK addresses only.
Returns
Personalised items are made to your specification, so you can't return them just because you've changed your mind.
This doesn't affect your legal rights. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, or we made a mistake, we'll replace it or give you a full refund.
Reporting a problem
Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We aim to sort it within 5 working days.
