Your order
When you pay, you're offering to buy the product. The contract is formed when your payment goes through and we confirm your order. Prices are in pounds and include any VAT that applies.
Personalised items
You're responsible for making sure you own or have permission to use the photos and text you add. We may refuse content that's offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights, and refund you in full if we do.
You design your item yourself and see it on screen before you pay. We print exactly what you designed, so please check spelling, names, dates and photos carefully. We can't be responsible for mistakes in a design you've ordered.
Cancellations
Because personalised items are made to your specification, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply. Orders go to print automatically soon after you pay. If you email us before your order has been printed, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Faulty items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, see Delivery and returns.
Our liability
We're responsible for losses you suffer that were a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
